By repairing the relationship with your inner being and the parts of you that have been hurt or violated in the past, you can begin integrating all parts of you and bring healing to your mind, body and soul.
MIND- Thinking shapes perceptions, influences emotions, actions and relationships. It is possible to unlearn and relearn new beliefs that are aligned with your authentic self and can bring forth positive changes in your life. We can do this by combining cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, meditation, humanistic therapy, motivational interviewing and decolonizing approaches.
BODY- Our body can feel our emotions and can also retain emotional trauma that is unresolved. By combining mindfulness, somatic, experiential, humanistic and spiritual approaches, we can sensitively and compassionately access old wounds stored in the body. Thus, providing opportunities for emotional release, restoring the body to feel a renewed sense of lightness and liberation from old wounds. Your body’s nature holds wisdom that can guide you to recognize and align with what it needs for healing and wellness.
SOUL- We all have an inner guiding system and that is our intuition that can provide us with answers and resolutions of our soul-searching. Our intuition has always been there, it is not lost, but the connection with it becomes blocked through difficult life experiences. By using mindfulness, experiential, somatic, depth psychotherapy, meditation and spiritual approaches, together we can build your ability to listen to your intuitions guidance and wisdom. to help transform your life from the inside out.
